AWESOME!

Another huge accomplishment for Barbra!  Partners is the 7th best-selling album of 2014!  856,000 copies!  The success of this album vindicates those of us who prize quality over spectacle.  Barbra Streisand continues to prove why she is the most successful female artist in music history!  May she never be surpassed!

Spinelli?

Daytime Confidential is reporting Bradford Anderson may be bringing Damian Spinelli back to Port Charles in early 2015.  While it's speculation at this point, his return is expected to throw a wrench in the blossoming Nathan/Maxie romance.  Honestly, I don't see the point in this.  Last we checked in, Spinelli seemed perfectly content with his life, and happy that Maxie had found a good man.  Any reason given for him to assert himself in her life would seem contrived, and forced to me.  He's matured substantially, and I'd hate to see an unnecessary regression.  A triangle just doesn't make sense.

If, however, Spinelli returns to town as part of the reveal that Jason is alive, I'd welcome it.  The two were best friends, after all.  Am very interested to see what the chemistry between Bradford and Billy is like.  Can't imagine it being anything but wonderful.  We shall see what happens if the rumblings turn into anything.

Finally!  Oh... um... I guess I should report the news before I rejoice.  No more Kiki!  Kristen Alderson has chosen to leave General Hospital.  While I think the actress is talented, I never liked Kiki.  She didn't seem to fit anywhere, and was forced on us mercilessly in the beginning.  The last handful of times we've seen Ms. Alderson, she appears completely disinterested, not committed to her work, and like she'd rather be anywhere else.  I can't help but think I wouldn't be posting this news if Prospect Park hadn't fucked everything up, and she were still playing Starr.  Unfortunate, and sad, for everyone.

Found these little guys at Walgreens, and had to give them a home.  Unfortunately, they won't be able to meet their nutcracker family until next year.  Am sure everyone will get along, though.

Ramin has been voted 2014 Broadway.com Star Of The Year!  So amazing!  So happy for, and proud of him!  It's awesome that the rest of the world is finally starting to recognize his incredible, unmatched talent!  His is the standard by which all other men in theatre should be measured!  Congratulations!  There is no one more deserving!

Happy 45th!

45 years ago today, All My Children debuted on ABC.  There has never been, nor will there ever be, a television show that means more to me.  I'll never get over the Prospect Park screwjob!  It will forever disgust and infuriate me!  As loyal Pine Valleyites, we deserve a proper goodbye!  While it will probably never happen, I hope after the ridiculous lawsuit is settled, something is done to rectify this tragedy!  I miss Pine Valley everyday, will always hold out hope, and will cherish All My Children forever!  Happy anniversary!
