All My Children has officially made the jump to high definition. What a difference! In some cases though, the crystal clear picture doesn't serve well. Everyone knows I love me some Susan Lucci and Erica Kane, but the new-found clarity really shows her age. That's not to say she looks terrible however, it's just that every little imperfection is on display now.I really like the new sets. Wildwind and the police station really pop. As a whole, I'm definitely all for the switch. Now, with Lorraine Broderick and company coming onboard, maybe the writing will start to match the beautiful visuals.
