Two Years!
Two years ago today, the All My Children and One Life To Live reboots premiered. Can't believe it's been that long already. Still makes me very sad. Will never forget my feelings of gratitude, and hope. The season of All My Children was the best the show had been in a decade. Tight writing, great stories, great performances. In countless ways, I'm so happy we got one final run. I've said this repeatedly, but, here we go. I will never, ever forgive Prospect Park for the lies, deceptions, and heartbreak. Truth from the beginning would have saved it all. That we'll never have closure is unforgivable. Don't think I'll ever be over it. Disgusting!

Exhausted!

Fell hard and fast asleep after playing with a rope toy Shanon gave him. Was love at first sight for both. She wanted to steal him. Isn't the first, and won't be the last.
Congratulations!
A huge congratulations to Maura West, Donna Mills, and, Chad Duell for taking home Emmys last night! It is a privilege to watch Maura everyday! Every performance she gives deserves a gold statue! Donna Mills came to play, and I hope we haven't seen the last of Madeline. Since he debuted as Michael, I have been screaming for Chad to be shown the door. Have to admit, though, with Michael embracing his dark side lately, Chad has definitely stepped up his game. That he gets to learn at the knee of powerhouses like Laura Wright doesn't hurt, either. So glad this great show got some recognition.
Big Returns!
Alison Sweeney is returning to Days Of Our Lives to celebrate its 50th anniversary! No word on length of stay, but I would expect it to be short. Sami isn't the only one coming home to partake in the festivities. Patch and Bo will also be visiting. Don't have a long history with the show, but know these three returns are huge. Wishful storytelling time. When Bo rides into town on his motorcycle, I want him to rescue Hope from the unrelenting bore that is Aiden. Fingers crossed!
