With All My Children moving online, ABC has scrapped plans for a two-hour series finale. I imagine scripts and storylines are being feverishly rewritten and tweaked to make the transition as smooth as possible. In my opinion, this isn't the worst thing in the world. Of course, if AMC were going away for good, I would want a huge sendoff. With it sticking around, I understand the snip to an hour. Time is short. Money is tight. Accommodate.In related news, Adam and Brooke are only going to be seen a handful of times. Apparently, the original return story was going to last three weeks. However, due to budget constraints, cuts had to be made. Booooo!
